(( Okay, Mailia is my new lupe, I was DYING to create her, so I finally gave in and did. Oh, and Gravitation is a shonen Ai. Shonen ai is Roughly translated as Boy love, and it's about gay guys. But I like that sht00fs. :3))

It was a regular day in the Desert. Hot, Dry, and unfortunatly, sunny. A female lupe wearing a black tank top and a light blue skirt sat on a rock, reading, seeming unaffected by the heat. But a closer look at her showed her sweating like a pig. The book she had in her hands was a Manga, "Gravitation." She closed the book, and tucked it away in her little pouch at her waist. She got up and started walking. "Okay... Where are they? They should have been here hours ago." She was talking about the group she was to be leading, The Victory Over Violence group. Her family was part of it, but they couldn't make it. She looked at her watch. "Ten minutes until nine." She looked up at the sky as a single cloud blocked the sun, adding only a couple of seconds of shade from the heat. "Come to think of it, Where's Preania? She promised she'd be here to help me lead the group!"

The lupe was Mailia, the new addition to Paige's little family. She was Preania's best friend since childhood. Mailia sighed, and looked at her map. "Yup, this is the right place!" She said.

[Da Kittie]

((Kittie knows Paige. x3 It's a fairly common term. To Kittie, at least. n_n))

A small silhouette along the horizon wobbled in the mirage-inducing heat. Slowly, it grew as the being quickly drew closer. The form of a blue kyrii came into shape as the grinning fiend slowed to a stop. The kyrii looked the lupe up and down, eyeing her book curiously. He shook his head, causing his long braid to sway. Upon noticing her map, he spoke. "Hey there. You looking for something?"

[Paige]

Mailia looked up. "No, just waiting for someone. A bunch of someones, infact." She said. She was confused. If they were supposed to be here hours ago- Maybe, just maybe they forgot. Or one of them called up all the others saying it was canceled. It wasn't past any one of them to play a trick like that. She sighed, and decided to introduce herself. "I'm Mailia." She said.

[Da Kittie]

"Mm. Waiting and heat don't normally mix." The kyrii said with a short laugh. "Mailia, eh? I'm Chase." He smirked, eyeing the horizon carefully. "Think I lost 'em..." He muttered quietly to himself.

((... -brain explodes- Eesh. Kittie has like, no inspiration.))

[Paige]

"Nice to meet you Chase." She said. "And no, they don't. But I think I know what happened now." She said. "Lost who?" She asked, curious.

[Da Kittie]

"Eheh!" Chase swivelled his head back toward Mailia, rubbing the back of his head absentmindedly. "Nobody. Doesn't matter." He nodded slowly. "Well, if you know what's going on and whatnot, I s'pose I'll be on my way. Try not to faint in the heat."

[Paige]

Mailia nodded. "Thanks for keeping me company for this short time." She said, smiling.
