"Left-Left-GO TO THE LEFT! NOW RIGHT!" cried an anthro blue ixi. Her long blonde hair swished as she tried to keep up with the game. She was in an arcade, playing Dance Dance Revolution on a machine. Next to her stood a grey kyrii with drooping black-feathered wings at her sides. She merely stood in front of the screen, watching the ixi dance. "C'mon Sayhinenth, dance!" cried the ixi again. "Aw..." she sighed, seeing the 'FAILED' sign flash across the screen.
"Can we go yet, Enflaya?" Sayhinenth asked quietly, gently stepping off the pad.
The ixi turned quickly. "Aw, Sahe, call me Effy! And yeah, you can go. But I'M staying here. I know I can beat this machine!"

Arata stood silently, watching all the people play. None of the games particularly caught his attention. He noticed the Ixi and Kyrii with the DDR machine. Noticing a game next to them, he decided to have a go. He sat down in his baggy jeans, and inserted a coin into the slot. Sure, this game looked cool, but it was particularly boring.

Sayhinenth stood against from the wall by the machine as Effy pumped a fist into the air upon seeing the pet put a coin in. "Alright! Now we can beat this game!" The ixi shuffled through the menus with lightning speed, choosing a fast japanese song called "Love Love Candy" "Yes!" she cried as the game started.
|Amy luffs that song whenever we play.|

"Whoo! Yeah!" Called out the voice of Minyinite as he was at a DDR machine near the others where he played against some lupe. The lupe grunted and payed Minyinite $10 and walked off. Minyinite ran his fingers through his vivid purple hair. Eyes were a bright cerulean blue. The fire acara wore Just a gray t-shirt and black baggy pants with a few chains hanging off. Minyinite put the money in his pocket and leaned against the back rail of the machine, "At least you didn't bet. You would've lost."
The island zafara he was talking to let out a sigh, "At least you can do SOMETHING." She brushed her wavy black-blue bangs out of the way of her purple-blue eyes. A light blue skirt matched her light blue tank top. A gold hoop was in each ear to match the gold necklace which ended in a gold jetsam tooth; the symbol of her tribe. White markings covered her arms and legs. Hold cuffs were wrapped firmly on her wrists.

Well, It was boring to him, considering he played it so many times. "Left, right, left, left" He said quietly to himself as he kept up with the beats and things. He didn't even look at what he got when he finished. "Hmm." He just leaned on the wall after walking off the machine - pad thingy - majiger.
((I wanna Play DDR! Last time I saw a machine, my papa wouldn't let me play. ;o; I've never played before...))

Soon arrows started speedinh up the screen, causing a frenzy in Effy's mind. "LEFT RIGHT LEFT LEFT BACK FORWARD SPLITS!" she screeched, getting each step perfectly. Sayhinenth shook her head, making her stringy black hair move.

Arata didn't care the game was still going, he gave up. Oh well, she would live. She'd probably win anyway.

"Hey- Where'ya going?" asked Effy, continuing to hit every arrow correctly. As the game ended, she turned to the nearby fire acara. "Hey, do YOU wanna play?" she asked, putting another coin in. Sayhinenth crossed her arms and rubbed her watering eyes as she saw all the happy neopets walking around.

Minyinite looked towards Effy. With a nod and a grin that seemed never-ending, he said "Sure!". He hopped over to the dance pad beside Effy and readied himself. He was quite good at this game from having it at home. Games that you sat down at weren't his thing.
Akeminess walked over near the two and sat down on a stool.

"Against or together?" Effy asked brightly, waiting on the menu screen. She ran a hand through her blonde hair, stamping a hoof on the ground impatiently. She wasn't good at waiting.
Sayhinenth looked over at Arata. "I don't like to play games like this either..."

"Together." Minyinite said, "I don't think going against you would really let me improve. I do against too much."
"You can say that again..." Akeminess muttered as she rested her chin in her hand. She had witnessed Minyinite battle at DDR. He must've been the best one at it in her home.

"You choose." Minyinite said simply as he gently pulled up his baggy pants a bit; letting the chains click together.
Akeminess crossed one leg over the other as she looked from left to right. Seeing Sayhinenth and Arata, she decided to make conversation, "Why are you guys here?"

Arata shrugged. "I came to have some fun, but all the games are boring. " He said. He brought out his CD player and earbuds. Inserting a Transtic Nerve CD, he changed the song to Overhead Run. He could still hear people, so he could still have a conversation, just listening to his music at the same time.
