Mm... Not really.
Bascially, there's a new division in the army. A Special Forces Squad so to speak. Two have been selected so far because of their exceptional skills in combat:
Lyon Richard Feng and Axel Walter Anders.
Feng is extremely skilled with long-ranged weaponry and special tactics. He graduated from Oxford University.
Anders is bio-engineered; he is faster, stronger, and has more endurance than the average human being. He specializes in close-range weapons such as shotguns, cat-claws, brass knuckles, etc... However, he has the intelligence of the average chimp. (Exageration) This is because his mind has been poked at so many times by scientists...
Those are the characters. I'm still developing plot/
It's loosely based on a comic ATB and I made in the fourth grade. Though this'll a little more serious rather than the random explosions of the comic. xD
